Grow Construction was founded in 2022 by our Managing Director, Stephen Lloyd-Loasby (BA(Hons) Arch DipCON). Previous to this, Stephen had acted as a Senior Director in a construction company since 2016, as well as founding and acting as a Senior Director of Robinson Lloyd Architecture since 2004. His experience in architecture highlighted a common problem that his clients would face; after establishing a relationship throughout the design process, the 'handing over' of a project to a third party was a cause for concern. Clients often encountered issues with contractors who would interpret designs in their own ways, and commonly make substitutions in materials or design features to make the project easier or cheaper for them to build - maximising their profits at the sacrifice of quality. Grow Construction Ltd has clear values; to build true to the design, within budget, and to schedule, whilst remaining transparent with the client every step of the way.
